Delivery & Lead Times
How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days.

Do I need to be in to receive delivery?

Yes, our Operations Manager will call you in advance to ensure the delivery date suits and give an estimated arrival time. Our team will deliver the product to your preffered location.

How much does delivery cost?


Delivery is free on all products.

How are the cubicles delivered?

Items are delivered flat-packed, clearly labelled, and wrapped for protection. Panels are edge-protected, and hardware kits are boxed separately.

Can you deliver to site direct?

Yes. Just enter the site address at checkout and note any delivery restrictions (time windows, access, booking-in).

Installation
Do you offer installation?

Yes. Installation is available nationwide. Enquire with us direct at sales@bridgewaterdirect.co.uk

What measurements do you need from me?

We require:

  • Overall room width
  • Cubicle run sizes
  • Door handing preference
  • Position of any obstructions (pipes, boxing, radiators)

A measurement guide is included on each product page.

Can I install the cubicles myself?

Yes, however we recommend prior joinery experience to ensure they are installed correctly. All systems come with a full installation guide.

Many customers choose to install themselves; others request a cost from us to install the products, pre or post purchase.

Ordering and Payment
Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes — as long as manufacture hasn't started, this can happen within hours though so speed is essential on this. We can't make changes once manufacture has begun as all our products are bespoke and made to order in house.

Do you offer trade discounts?

No, we keep our pricing honest and our margins low to offer the best price to all our customers, domestic or trade.

What payment methods do you accept?

Debi & Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal

Aftercare & Issues
What if something arrives damaged?

When we deliver you will be asked to check the product and ensure you happy with the quality and finish. If you find any issues, raise this with the driver and he will help resolve the issue (either organising a replacement or return).

What if I’m missing components?

If anything is missing from your delivery, flag it with the driver and he will ensure any items are replaced quickly on prioirty shipment.


Can I get a refund or return items?

All items are made to measure so returns are typically only available for incorrect or damaged goods. See our Returns Policy for full details.
