Cut-to-size panels and shelf boards are typically 2–4 working days; Smart, Ascent, Tippy Toes and Blossom cubicles and vanity units 4–6; Alpine CGL cubicles 6–8; EasyCab cabinets 3–4. Every product page shows its own lead time, and delivery is one working day from dispatch. Full detail is in our delivery policy.

Yes, our Operations Manager will call you in advance to ensure the delivery date suits and give an estimated arrival time. Our team will deliver the product to your preferred location.

Delivery is free on all products.

Items are delivered flat-packed, clearly labelled, and wrapped for protection. Panels are edge-protected, and hardware kits are boxed separately.

Yes. Just enter the site address at checkout and note any delivery restrictions (time windows, access, booking-in).

Deliveries are made to a pre-agreed date and time. Where access cannot be provided as arranged, we reserve the right to charge for a second delivery.

Yes, however we recommend prior joinery experience to ensure they are installed correctly. All systems come with a full installation guide.

Many customers choose to install themselves; others request a cost from us to install the products, pre or post purchase.

Yes — as long as manufacture hasn't started, this can happen within hours though so speed is essential on this. We can't make changes once manufacture has begun as all our products are bespoke and made to order in house.

When we deliver you will be asked to check the product and ensure you are happy with the quality and finish. If you find any issues, raise this with the driver and he will help resolve the issue (either organising a replacement or return).

If anything is missing from your delivery, flag it with the driver and he will ensure any items are replaced quickly on priority shipment.

Commercial cubicle sizes depend on the layout and on the Building Regulations guidance that applies to the project. There is no single fixed minimum that covers every building. Use our toilet cubicle dimensions guide for how we measure openings, and confirm accessible or ambulant sizes with your architect or building control.

CGL (Compact Grade Laminate) is the right material for wet areas — swimming pools, leisure centres, changing rooms. It is 13mm solid through and fully waterproof. Our Alpine Range uses CGL. Do not use MFC in wet areas — it will swell and delaminate.

MFC (melamine-faced chipboard) has a chipboard core and is suitable for dry areas only. CGL (Compact Grade Laminate) is solid through, waterproof and suitable for wet rooms. CGL costs more but lasts longer in humid or wet environments. See our CGL vs MFC comparison.

We manufacture cubicles to the dimensions on your drawings. Approved Document T (England) covers toilet-type layout for new non-domestic buildings where it applies; provision numbers come from other standards such as BS 6465. Confirm exact requirements with your architect or building control — we cut to the sizes you specify.

HTM 63 is a joinery and worktop specification, not a toilet-cubicle standard. We supply HTM 63 worktops with post-formed edge and integral upstand for healthcare environments. For wet clinical washrooms, Alpine CGL cubicles are often specified on moisture grounds separately. See What is NHS HTM 63.

Minimum provision is set in the standards your design team uses — commonly BS 6465 and, for workplaces, the Workplace Regulations. See our How Many Toilets Does My Building Need? guide for which documents to open. Always confirm figures with your architect or local authority.

CGL is a 13mm solid-through laminate panel. Unlike MFC, it has no chipboard core, so it is fully waterproof and suitable for wet rooms. We use CGL in our Alpine Range cubicles and supply CGL panels for cut-to-size projects.

We cut panels to your specified dimensions. Our panel configurators let you enter custom sizes. Contact us for large or unusual requirements.

We supply worktops in laminate (including HTM 63 NHS-compliant), post-formed edge, bullnose and integral upstand options. See our Worktops collection.

MDF is standard medium-density fibreboard. MR MDF is moisture-resistant. FR MDF is fire-retardant. We supply cut and edged panels in all three — choose based on your environment. See our Cut Panels collection.

Yes. We supply Trespa TopLab and similar laboratory-grade panels as part of our cut and edged panel service. Contact us for specification and pricing.

Cantilever legs support worktops, desks and benching — commonly in offices, laboratories and healthcare. The cantilever design allows knee space underneath. See Should I use cantilever desk legs?.
