Order Processing & Dispatch
We manufacture many of our products in our Bolton facility. To provide the most accurate delivery estimates, we categorize our dispatch times based on product type:

Standard Cantilever Legs: We maintain high stock levels of our standard white and grey cantilever legs. These are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).

Reinforced & Standing Legs: These specialized items are made to order to ensure the highest quality. Please allow a manufacturing period of 10–15 working days prior to dispatch.

Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are processed for immediate handling.
Delivery Times (Transit)
Once your order leaves our premises, we utilise DHL Express for all cantilever leg shipments to ensure reliable, tracked delivery across the United Kingdom.

Standard Transit Time: 1–2 working days.

Remote Locations: Please allow an additional 1–2 working days for delivery to remote postcodes or offshore addresses.
Delivery Costs
Shipping is free for all products. You will see the free delivery charge confirmed before completing your purchase.
Tracking & Notifications
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress directly on the DHL website.
Large or Heavy Items
For reinforced legs or large-scale commercial orders, items may be palletized to prevent damage during transit.

Kerbside Delivery: Palletized deliveries are made to the nearest accessible kerbside point.

Access: Please ensure the delivery location has suitable access for a large vehicle and adequate labor to move the goods inside.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your goods upon arrival. If your items appear damaged, please note this with the driver if possible and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product. For missing items, notify us within 48 hours of your delivery confirmation so we can resolve the issue promptly with the carrier.
