Technical documents and installation manuals

Installation instructions, care sheets and material data for the products we manufacture. Tell us the order or product and we will issue the current version.

This is the document library for products manufactured at our Bolton factory. Installation instructions, care and maintenance sheets, material data and compliance paperwork sit here. Documents are issued against a product and a build, because a cubicle installation sheet written for the Alpine Range is not the sheet for the Smart Range.

Rather than publish files that quietly go out of date, we issue the current revision on request against your order number. Ask the Bolton office for what you need and you get the document that matches what was actually made for you, not a generic sheet for a product range you did not buy.

Why buy direct from the manufacturer

  • Current revision, not stale

Documents are issued against your order number, so you get the revision that matches the build you received rather than a PDF uploaded three years ago and forgotten.

  • Certificates match your build

Fire performance depends on the laminate and core specified, so we issue the certification for your build-up rather than a blanket rating that would not survive scrutiny.

  • Ask the factory directly

The Bolton office holds the drawings and the production record for your job. If a document you need is not listed here, ask and we will produce it.

Common questions

Why are the documents not direct downloads?

Because a file left on a page goes out of date and then gets quoted back at us on site. Documents are issued on request against your order number so the revision matches what was manufactured for you. Ask the Bolton office and it comes back by email, usually within the working day.

Which cubicle installation sheet do I need?

The one for the range you bought. Smart Range, Ascent MR Range, Tippy Toes Range, Blossom Range and Alpine Range are built differently, with different bracket sets and different pilaster fixings. Quote the range name and the order number and the correct sheet is issued. Do not work from a generic cubicle diagram.

Do you publish a fire rating for your panels?

No, and be careful of any supplier who publishes one figure for a whole product range. Fire performance depends on the laminate and the core specified on your particular job. Tell us the requirement at enquiry stage and we will build to it and issue the certification that applies to that build-up.

Can I get documents for an installation that predates my time on site?

Often, yes. If you can find an order number, a delivery note or a drawing reference we can look up what was made and issue the matching sheets. Failing that, send photographs of the cubicles and the ironmongery and we will identify the range and hardware set from Bolton.

What do you need for a supplier approval or PQQ?

Ask for the company and accreditation pack. It covers Made in Britain, Constructionline Gold, SSIP and Social Value membership, with company number 03537823 and VAT number 329278768. Insurance schedules and material data go in the same pack. Request it at enquiry stage so approval is not holding up an order later.

Do installation documents cover fitting by my own contractor?

Yes. We supply, and in most cases your own fitters install. The sheets are written for a competent joiner or shopfitter and cover sequencing, fixings, adjustment and tolerances. They do not cover the substrate itself, so wall build-up, studwork centres and floor level remain the responsibility of the installer on site.
