Postformed panels, sizing & ordering

What are post form panels?

Post form panels (also called postformed panels or post forming panels) use a manufacturing process that forms the laminate around a radius edge to create a seamless rounded edge with no visible joint line. Ideal for exposed edges and high-wear areas.

Which edges are postformed?

Rounded (postformed) edges are fixed to the two opposite edges parallel to the panel length (left/right in the preview). The remaining two edges are square and finished with ABS edging automatically.

What's the maximum panel size I can order?

The sheet size is 2800 × 2070mm. Your cut panels must fit within this. The builder will warn you if any panel is too large to cut from a single sheet.

How is pricing calculated?

Boards are priced per full sheet based on how many sheets your cut list requires (using total area and a 0.9 yield factor). Cutting is charged per panel and edging is charged per metre. Live prices update instantly as you build your list.

Can I order a sample first?

Yes — use the "Order sample" button above to receive a postformed panel sample delivered in an envelope, so you can check the colour and surface before committing to a full order.

Which brand should I choose?
