Cut-to-size 18mm postformed laminate panels, machined to your exact millimetre. The postformed edge is a rolled radius formed in one piece, so there is no sharp arris and no visible joint line — the specification choice for high-traffic joinery in healthcare, education and hospitality.

Choose a décor from Fundermax, Polyrey or Pfleiderer across a wide colour range, on a premium 18mm laminated MDF core. Two opposite edges are postformed parallel to the length; the remaining two are square cut and ABS edged as standard. Build your cut list for live pricing before you add to basket. Postformed panels, sizing & ordering
What are post form panels?
Post form panels (also called postformed panels or post forming panels) use a manufacturing process that forms the laminate around a radius edge to create a seamless rounded edge with no visible joint line. Ideal for exposed edges and high-wear areas.
Which edges are postformed?
Rounded (postformed) edges run parallel to the length you enter, on two opposite sides. The remaining two edges are square cut and ABS edged automatically.
What's the maximum panel size I can order?
The sheet size is 2800 × 2070mm. Your cut panels must fit within this. The builder will warn you if any panel is too large to cut from a single sheet.
How is pricing calculated?
Boards are priced per full sheet based on how many sheets your cut list requires (using total area and a 0.9 yield factor). Cutting is charged per panel and edging is charged per metre. Live prices update instantly as you build your list.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes — use the "Order sample chart" button to receive the postformed laminate sample chart, so you can check colours before committing to a full order.
Which brand should I choose?
All three brands (Fundermax, Polyrey, Pfleiderer) produce high-quality postformed panels. The main differences are colour range. If you're matching existing panels, check the colour code or send us a photo.
