Smart Range MFC IPS Unit – Single Set IPS Unit – In-between walls – Budget MFC Range offers a practical, durable and hygienic solution for commercial, public and hospitality washrooms. Supplied with the frame pre-assembled and panels pre-attached, the unit is designed to reduce installation time on site and ensure a consistent, factory-aligned finish.

Manufactured from moisture-resistant 18mm melamine-faced chipboard (MFC) with a decorative finish on both sides, it delivers a clean, high-quality appearance with dependable day-to-day performance. Panels are finished with 2mm ABS impact-resistant edging for added durability, and satin anodised aluminium (SAA) fittings are supplied as standard to provide a robust, professional finish.

Side shadow gaps are supplied loose, allowing them to be scribed to suit site conditions where required, ensuring a clean fit even on uneven walls or out-of-square spaces.

Measurements

Clear opening between your two masonry walls — this is how most site teams measure an alcove. The 650 mm face panel width stays fixed; additional width is absorbed in the two side shadows before the face (see the drawing — each return can grow up to about 175 mm per side on a single-bay unit at the planner maximum width). Snaps to 50mm increments.
Total external height including the 85mm frame top and bottom. Adjustable in this planner from 2400mm to 2750mm (ideal when you have at least ~2.4 m ceiling-to-floor clearance). Middle & bottom panel heights stay on the preset; the top row grows/shrinks to suit.
Between-walls IPS uses a fixed 121 mm duct depth in this planner.

    Is the panel moisture-resistant?
    Standard IPS core is moisture-resistant MFC suitable for most commercial washrooms. For wet-room or shower-proof builds please contact us before ordering.
    Can I get a sample colour before I order?
    Yes — samples can be posted out on request. Drop us an email with the colours you'd like to compare.
    What if my measurements are out slightly?
    The 85mm surround frame absorbs small discrepancies (typically ±5mm). For anything bigger, call us before ordering.
