Sizing, matching, fitting & ordering
What does IPS stand for?
IPS stands for Integrated Plumbing System — the framed panelling used to conceal pipework and cisterns in washrooms.
How do I measure my panel?
Measure width and height in millimetres. Include any part that sits behind the frame trim — measure the full panel, not just the visible face. When in doubt, send us a photo and we'll advise.
Which panels need cutouts?
In a standard toilet bay of 3–4 panels, usually only 1–2 need holes. One panel typically has the waste pipe, one has the flush pipe — the rest are plain. For a sink bay, only the panel directly behind the sink needs cutouts.
What's the difference between Hook on and Push on Keku clips?
Hook on Keku Clips: The panel drops down onto a stud fixed to the upright — completely concealed fixing, easy panel removal for access. Push on Keku Clips: A two-part clip fixed to both frame and panel that push together for a hidden, secure fixing. Not sure which you have? Send us a photo and we'll identify it.
Do I need exact pipe or fixing positions?
No. We confirm all cutout and fixing positions with you before any cutting or drilling begins. Just select what you need and we'll be in touch.

Can I order a single replacement panel?
Yes — there is no minimum order quantity. You can order just one panel if that's all you need.
What material for a school or hospital?
Laminate on MR MDF is the right choice for most school and NHS washrooms. Compact Grade (CGL) is only needed for shower areas or high-abuse zones.
