Liverpool is about an hour from the factory in Bolton on a normal day, which puts Merseyside comfortably inside the area we treat as local. The work heading that way tends to cluster into two types: education estates refurbishing block by block, and leisure operators renewing changing facilities. Both are volume jobs run against a fixed shutdown window.
Those two estates pull in opposite directions on specification. Education washrooms are about sightlines, durability and finishing inside the holidays. Wet-side leisure is about what happens to a board that never fully dries out between sessions. One is usually Smart Range or Ascent MR. The other is Alpine in 13mm compact grade laminate.

How long does a delivery from Bolton to Liverpool take?
Roughly an hour on the road in normal conditions, which is why Merseyside is treated as a local run rather than a national one. That is transit, not lead time. The order itself is 7 working days for cubicles, manufactured in 3 to 5 of them. We confirm the delivery date before despatch rather than leaving you waiting in.
Which range stands up in a wet-side changing village?
Alpine. It is 13mm compact grade laminate, solid and through-colour with polished radius edges, so there is no faced surface to fail at an edge and no chipboard core to swell. It is water resistant, self-supporting and built for heavy traffic. MFC ranges belong in dry-side WCs, not alongside a pool or a wet changing area.
Do you deliver to the Wirral and the rest of Merseyside?
Yes, and to St Helens, Sefton, Knowsley and across into Halton. Delivery to UK mainland is free, so the price does not change. What changes is timing, because river crossings and tunnel traffic affect a Wirral delivery far more than the mileage does. If your access window is tight, say so and we will plan despatch around it.
Can you match decors across a phased college refurbishment?
Order the whole scheme in one batch wherever the budget allows. Laminate decors get revised and occasionally discontinued, and board batches shift slightly over time, so phase four ordered two years after phase one is a gamble. If phasing is unavoidable, keep a spare panel from the first batch as a reference and tell us at enquiry stage.
Can you deliver into a leisure centre during a two week closure?
That is the normal pattern and it works if the order goes in early enough. Cubicles are 7 working days. If the package includes IPS panels or replacement washroom panels those are 8 to 10 working days, so order them first or accept a split delivery. Give us the closure dates and we will fix despatch against them.
Do you come out and measure the site?
We manufacture from your figures. Send a survey, a setting-out drawing or a marked-up plan showing wall-to-wall dimensions, ceiling height, duct positions and the door swings you want, and we will come back with a layout and a price exc VAT. Everything is cut to those numbers, so an accurate survey is worth the hour it takes.
