A “set” is one group of panel sizes that you might need more than once.
  1. Choose how many panels are in the set.
  2. Type the width once — every panel in the set is cut to it, so it locks on the rows below — then a length for each panel.
  3. Say how many copies of that same set you need.
  4. Only if other panels are a different width, use “Add another set”.
Example: 6 identical toilet bays = one set of those panel sizes, 6 copies. No need to add six sets.

Sizing, matching, fitting & ordering
What does IPS stand for?
IPS stands for Integrated Plumbing System — the framed panelling used to conceal pipework and cisterns in washrooms.
How do I measure my panel?
Measure width and height in millimetres. Include any part that sits behind the frame trim — measure the full panel, not just the visible face. When in doubt, send us a photo and we'll advise.
Do you drill pipe holes or supply fixings?
This page orders panels cut to size with machined edges. Pipe holes and fixings are normally handled on site with your own hardware. If you need pre-drilled holes or special machining, email us before ordering so we can quote it properly.
What are Keku-style fixings?
Many IPS frames use concealed clips (often called Keku or similar). We supply the laminate panel ready to fit; you fit your clips and hardware to the panel and frame on site. Unsure what you have? Send a photo of the edge or frame and we'll help identify it.
What if my measurements are slightly wrong?
Enter your best sizes to get a price and place the order. We'll confirm dimensions with you before production — nothing is cut until you're happy. If something still isn't right after delivery, contact us straight away and we'll work through options with you.
Can you match an existing colour?

Can I order a single replacement panel?
Yes — there is no minimum order quantity. You can order just one panel if that's all you need.
What material for a school or hospital?
Laminate on MR MDF is the right choice for most school and NHS washrooms. Compact Grade (CGL) is only needed for shower areas or high-abuse zones.
