Office washrooms are a finish job. The cubicle has to line through with the duct panel, the vanity has to sit flush against the tiling, and none of it can look like a school washroom. Traffic is steady rather than brutal and cleaning is damp rather than wet, so the specification question is usually appearance and tolerance rather than survival.
Ascent MR is the usual answer, moisture-resistant MFC with a decorative face on both sides, so the back of a door is not a different colour to the front. Smart Range covers back-of-house and budget-led floors. Cubicles are 7 working days from our Bolton factory, and IPS panels and worktops are 8 to 10.

Flush panels concealing cisterns, pipework and isolators, with access where facilities need it. IPS panels and IPS units run 8 to 10 working days, so release these sizes early.

Vanity units
Laminate vanity units and sink surrounds made to your basin cut-outs and tap centres. 7 to 10 working days, with sizes taken from the setting out drawing rather than a standard module.

The same factory makes your tea point worktops and the desking. Worktops and postformed panels are 8 to 10 working days, and standard cantilever legs dispatch in 24 hours, delivered within 5 working days.

Common questions
Ascent MR or Smart Range for an office washroom?
Ascent MR for anything front of house. It is moisture resistant and decorative on both faces, so the inside of the door matches the outside, which matters when a client walks in. Smart Range is 18mm MFC and suits back-of-house, plant level or a floor fitted to a tighter budget. Both are 7 working days.
How early do we need to order IPS panels?
Earlier than the cubicles. IPS panels, IPS units and replacement washroom panels are 8 to 10 working days against 7 for cubicles, and they usually have to be in before the sanitaryware goes on. On a tight programme, get the duct panel sizes signed off first and let the cubicles follow.
Can you make the tea point worktops and the desking too?
Yes. Worktops, postformed panels and table tops are 8 to 10 working days. Standard cantilever legs are dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 5 working days, while heavy-duty and standing frames are 10 to 15 working days. Ordering washroom and furniture together keeps the laminate consistent.
Do you hold standard sizes in stock?
No. Everything except hardware and standard cantilever legs is manufactured to order in Bolton, which is why sizes come from your drawing rather than a catalogue. It also means there are no change-of-mind returns, so we would rather spend ten minutes checking the setting out than remake a wall of panels.
What fire rating do the panels carry?
That depends on the laminate and core specified, so we do not publish a blanket rating across the ranges. If your building control or fire strategy calls for a specific performance, tell us the requirement and we will confirm what we can supply and issue the certificate for that exact board and core.
Do you deliver to site or to a contractor yard?
Either. Delivery is free to UK mainland. Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland carry a surcharge and a longer transit, which we confirm and agree with you before production rather than adding it to an invoice afterwards.
