Most facilities managers do not want a refurbishment. They want the vandalised door in the second floor gents replaced with something that matches the other five, fitted before Monday. Nobody sells that, because the original supplier discontinued the range years ago and everyone else quotes for a full run of new cubicles.
We make replacement doors, partitions and pilasters to measured sizes, in a finish chosen to sit alongside what you already have. It does not matter who made the original system. Send the sizes, the hinge and lock positions and a photo of the fixings, and we make the part. Cubicle parts are 7 working days.

Indicator bolts, hinges, brackets, feet, coat hooks and buffers. Stock hardware is dispatched in 1 to 2 working days, which is usually the fastest way to close a washroom defect out.

Single door minimum order
There is no minimum order on replacement parts. One door, one pilaster or one indicator bolt is a perfectly normal order for us to take and to make.

Hardware out in 48 hours
Stock hardware is dispatched in 1 to 2 working days. If the defect is a failed bolt or a sheared hinge, that closes the job without any manufacturing lead time at all.
Common questions
Can you match a cubicle system you did not supply?
Yes, that is most of what this side of the business does. We make to measured sizes rather than to a fixed module, so the original manufacturer being gone or the range being discontinued does not stop us. Send dimensions, hinge and lock centres, board thickness and a photo of the fixings and we will make the part fit.
How do I measure a replacement cubicle door?
Measure the existing door, not the opening, and give us width, height and board thickness. Then the hinge centres from the top of the door, the lock or indicator bolt centre, and which side the hinges are on. Photograph the hinge and the bolt in place. If the door is missing, measure the opening and tell us.
Will the colour match the rest of the run?
Close, but rarely identical. Laminate decors change over the years and existing panels have faded. Send a daylight photo and the original decor name if you have it, and we will suggest the nearest current laminate. Where an exact match matters more than cost, some FMs replace one full elevation so the difference reads as deliberate.
How fast can you turn a single broken door round?
Cubicle parts including doors, partitions and pilasters are 7 working days, manufactured in 3 to 5 at Bolton. Stock hardware is dispatched in 1 to 2 working days. If the door itself is sound and the fault is a bolt, hinge or bracket, the hardware route usually closes the defect inside the week.
Do you have a minimum order value?
No minimum on replacement parts. One door is a normal order for us. Delivery is free to UK mainland and prices are exc VAT. Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland carry a surcharge and a longer transit, agreed with you before we make anything.
Can you replace IPS panels without stripping the duct out?
Usually. Give us the aperture size, the existing fixing method and where the access panels have to sit, and we will cut the replacement to drop into the existing framing. Replacement washroom panels and IPS panels are 8 to 10 working days. Photograph the panel edges and the fixings before you order.
