The North West is our home region and the shortest runs off the loading bay go into it. We manufacture in Bolton and supply Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside and Cheshire from that single site. There is no depot network behind this, which also means no pallets of standard-size cubicles sitting in a shed being sold to you as made to measure.
Distance changes less than people expect. Delivery to UK mainland is free wherever the site is, and the lead time is set by manufacture rather than mileage. Toilet cubicles are 7 working days, with 3 to 5 of those on the machines. What proximity really buys is easier collection and a shorter chain when something needs sorting out.

Alpine in 13mm compact grade laminate for wet-side changing, pool surrounds and heavy traffic. Solid through-colour board rather than a faced chipboard core, on a 7 working day lead time.

Cubicles, IPS and vanity units taken as one package for office refurbishment across the region. Cubicles 7 working days, IPS 8 to 10, vanity units 7 to 10.

Free delivery to UK mainland means a Carlisle site and a Cheshire site pay the same for the same cubicle run, quoted exc VAT with the lead time stated.

Common questions
Which parts of the North West do you cover?
All of it. Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside, Cheshire and up into Cumbria, every order supplied from the Bolton factory. We deliver across the rest of UK mainland free of charge too. The only places that carry a surcharge and a longer transit are the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland.
Does being further from Bolton add to the price?
No. Delivery to UK mainland is free, so a job in Chester and a job in Cumbria are priced the same way, exc VAT. What distance affects is the practical side of the delivery day: access, offload labour and how long the vehicle is on the road. Raise difficult access when you order, not when the driver calls.
Is transit time included in the lead time or added to it?
Included. Seven working days for toilet cubicles is order through to delivery, with 3 to 5 of those days spent in manufacture. We do not quote a build time and then bolt transit on afterwards. Other product lines carry their own lead times, so a mixed washroom package should be programmed to its longest item.
Can you handle a rollout across several sites in the region?
Yes, and it pays to order the whole rollout in one go rather than site by site. Laminate decors and board batches shift over time, so a single production run keeps the estate matching. We can despatch to separate addresses on separate dates from one order, which usually suits a phased programme better than one large drop.
Do you supply contractors and FM providers, or only end clients?
We are B2B and trade only. Most orders come from fit-out contractors, FM providers, main contractors and in-house estates teams. We manufacture and supply, we do not price installation and we do not provide fitters. Setting-out dimensions, fixing details and hardware go with the order so the fitting team is not guessing on site.
Which range do most commercial jobs in the region specify?
Smart Range in 18mm MFC for budget-led commercial and education, Ascent MR where cleaning is wet or use is heavy, and Alpine in 13mm compact grade laminate for wet-side leisure and hard-worked hospitality. Nurseries take Tippy Toes or Blossom. The decision is driven by the environment and the cleaning regime, not by the postcode.
