Smart Range Semi-Recessed Vanity Unit – 1200 - 1600mm – offers a practical, durable and hygienic washroom solution for commercial, public and hospitality environments. Designed to suit semi-recessed wash hand basins, this unit combines a moisture-resistant MFC carcass with a hardwearing laminate worktop, creating a clean, modern appearance with dependable day-to-day performance.

The integrated laminate top incorporates a matching rear upstand to help improve hygiene, reduce dirt traps and provide a neat transition against wall finishes. The semi-recessed basin configuration allows for a more compact projection while maintaining useful deck space and concealed service access beneath.

Manufactured using moisture-resistant melamine-faced chipboard (MFC), the vanity carcass offers excellent rigidity and durability, while the decorative laminate-faced worktop delivers a wipe-clean, impact-resistant surface suited to high-traffic washrooms. Integral upstands are commonly used to create cleaner, more hygienic wall junctions and simplify maintenance.
