Export includes Group and Panel name columns. Import CSV, TSV/tab text, or Excel (.xls / .xlsx). We match columns by header names (Length, Width in mm) or use the first columns in order. Optional: Panel name, Qty, Edging / Machining (0–7 or text such as “all edges”).

Sizing, cutting, machining & ordering
What is compact grade laminate?
Compact grade (also called solid-core HPL) is a dense, 100% waterproof sheet with a black core. Unlike standard laminate it contains no MDF or chipboard — it's solid laminate all the way through, making it extremely durable and moisture-proof.
Compact grade or MFC: which do I need?
Match what your cubicles are made of. Compact grade is about 13mm thick with a solid black core and machined edges, and is fully waterproof. MFC is 18mm melamine-faced chipboard with a plastic (ABS) edge strip, for dry washrooms. Not sure? Send us a photo of a panel edge and we'll tell you.
What size partitions can I order?
Partitions are cut to your exact millimetre sizes, from 750mm up to 1600mm wide and from 1200mm up to 2100mm tall. Width is the panel from the wall end to the pilaster end; height is the panel itself, top edge to bottom edge.
How is pricing calculated?
Boards are priced per full sheet based on how many sheets your cut list requires (including optimisation allowance). Cutting is charged per linear metre of cut perimeter, and edge finishing (machining on compact grade, ABS edging on MFC) per linear metre of edge. Live prices update instantly in the builder.
How are the edges finished?
Compact grade parts have a slight round (eased edge) machined on all four edges. MFC parts are ABS edged on all four edges. Both come as standard, with nothing to choose.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes — use the "Order sample chart" button to receive the sample chart for this product, so you can check colours before committing to a full order.
Which brand should I choose?
All three brands (Fundermax, Polyrey, Pfleiderer) produce high-quality compact grade and MFC boards. The main differences are colour range and sheet size. If you're matching existing panels, check the colour code on the back of the panel or send us a photo.

  1. Height and depth — measure your existing partition edge to edge: overall height of the panel (above the leg if fitted), and the depth from the back wall to the front edge. Enter height in the Height column and depth in the Width column.
