A nursery washroom and a leisure centre changing room are not the same specification, even though both are commercial toilet cubicles. Door height, core material, edge detail and hardware all change with the user group and the environment, and getting one of them wrong is what leads to swollen panels, failed hinges and a refit three years early.
These pages set out what we supply for each sector, which of our five ranges belongs where, and what to check before you order. Everything is manufactured to your sizes at our Bolton factory. If your project spans more than one of these, call us and we will work through it with you rather than making you piece it together.

IPS panels, wipe-clean worktops and cubicles for clinical and care settings, where surfaces have to take repeated cleaning without breaking down.

Leisure
Alpine compact grade laminate for wet and high-humidity areas, plus benching and vanity. This is where MFC fails and CGL earns its cost.

Offices & Workplace
Ascent and Smart Range cubicles, IPS panels and vanity units for fit-out, with worktops and cantilever legs from the same factory.

Nothing here is a stock size. Cubicles are manufactured to your opening, which is why an awkward layout is not a problem worth designing around.
Common questions
My project covers more than one sector. Do I have to order separately?
No. Send us the full schedule and we will quote it as one job across whichever ranges are appropriate, on a single lead time and a single delivery where we can. Splitting a school with a sports hall into two orders makes it harder for both of us, not easier.
How do I choose between MFC and compact grade laminate?
Environment decides it. MFC and moisture-resistant MFC are right for dry and normally-used washrooms and are considerably cheaper. Compact grade laminate is what you specify where surfaces get consistently wet, because it is solid through its thickness rather than a faced board. Our CGL versus MFC guide covers the detail.
Can you match an existing range in a phased refurbishment?
Usually yes. Send photos of the existing cubicles, the hardware and a panel edge, plus any decor reference you have. We manufacture replacement doors, partitions and pilasters to fit systems we did not originally supply, so a phased programme does not force you to rip out what still works.
What is the lead time?
Toilet cubicles in the standard ranges are 4–6 working days, manufactured in 3–5 working days. Alpine cubicles are 6–8 working days. IPS panels and worktops are made to order, vanity units 4–6 working days, and stock hardware is dispatched in 0–1 working days. Do you sell to the public?
We supply business customers buying in the course of their trade or business. Prices across the site are shown exclusive of VAT, which is added at checkout and confirmed on your invoice.
Can I see the materials before committing?
Yes. We can send samples, and you are welcome to visit the factory in Bolton and see the boards under proper light alongside the machinery that cuts them. Book a visit through the site or call the office.
