The factory is in Bolton, at Unit 1C Britannia Business Park on Union Road, BL2 2HP. Boards are cut on a Homag beam saw, machined, edge banded, assembled and checked in that one unit. Nothing is bought in finished and relabelled, so buying locally here means buying from the people who actually made it.
Being close by is worth something practical. You can collect rather than wait on a delivery slot, look at a decor on a real panel instead of a screen print, and take stock hardware away in the same week. Cubicles still run 7 working days, with 3 to 5 of those on the machines.

Common questions
Can I collect from your Bolton factory instead of taking delivery?
Yes, by arrangement. We are at Unit 1C Britannia Business Park, Union Road, Bolton, BL2 2HP. Everything is made to order, so tell us at order stage and we will confirm a collection date once the job is off the line. Bring a vehicle that takes full-length pilasters flat, and a second pair of hands to load.
Can we come and look at samples before we specify?
Yes, with notice. Seeing MFC, moisture-resistant MFC and 13mm compact grade laminate side by side settles most specification arguments in ten minutes, particularly the difference between a faced board and a solid through-colour panel. What vehicle do I need to collect a cubicle run?
Panels travel flat, not on edge. Full-height pilasters and partitions are long enough and heavy enough that two people is the minimum, and a car with the seats down will not do it. A van or luton with blankets or board protection is what we would expect. Tell us the run size and we will tell you what it stacks to.
Can a local order be turned round faster than the standard lead time?
Not usually. Toilet cubicles are 7 working days, of which manufacture is 3 to 5. Being on the doorstep removes the transit leg if you collect, but it does not remove machining, edging, assembly and checking. If a date is critical, say so at enquiry stage and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
Are you a trade counter I can walk into?
We are a factory, not a showroom, and we sell trade only. Stock hardware can be collected by arrangement and samples can be seen by appointment, but there is no shop floor and no finished cubicles held in stock. Ring ahead and we will have what you need ready at the unit when you arrive.
Will you make a single replacement panel rather than a full run?
Yes. A one-off door, partition or pilaster is a normal order here, and there is no minimum. Send the sizes, the hinge and lock centres, and a photo of the fixings. Cut and edged panels run 5 to 7 working days, cubicle components 7, and stock ironmongery is dispatched in 1 to 2 working days.
