Manchester is a short run from the factory in Bolton, so the drive is rarely the problem. Loading bays, timed windows, one-way systems, concierge sign-in and goods lifts are. Getting a cubicle run up to a fifth-floor washroom off a city-centre street with no bay is a very different job to dropping it in a school car park.
Deliveries are kerbside as standard. The vehicle gets as close as the road allows and your team takes it from there, so somebody needs to be on site with labour and somewhere dry to stack it. Cubicles run 7 working days, and we will hold a finished order back if the floor is not ready for it.

If the goods lift will not take a full-height pilaster, send the internal dimensions and we will look at how the run splits before anything is cut.

Despatch held, not dumped
If the ceiling grid is late or the floor is not down, say so. We would rather hold a finished order than deliver into a site with nowhere to stack it.
Common questions
Is delivery into the building or kerbside?
Kerbside as standard. The driver gets the vehicle as close as the road allows, and offloading is your side, so plan for two people and a clear route in. Anything beyond that, such as a booked slot in the city centre or getting panels through a goods lift, needs agreeing before despatch rather than on the day.
Can you book a timed slot for a city-centre delivery?
By arrangement, yes. Tell us the window the building gives you when you place the order, not the day before delivery. Central Manchester drops often only work early morning, and if a vehicle arrives outside your window you will be sending it away and paying for a second run at your own cost.
Our goods lift is small. Can cubicles be made to fit it?
Often, yes. Runs are cut to your sizes anyway, so where the constraint is the lift rather than the washroom we can look at panel splits and pilaster lengths before manufacture. Send the internal lift dimensions and the door opening. It is a design decision taken at order stage, not something to solve with a saw on the landing.
Do you have a Manchester factory or depot?
No. We manufacture in Bolton, at Britannia Business Park on Union Road, and everything ships from there. Greater Manchester is the region we sit in, not the address. It is a short run into the city, which is why so much of our local work is Manchester fit-out, but we will not describe the factory as something it is not.
Can you hold an order if our programme slips?
Yes, within reason. Everything is made to order and there are no change-of-mind returns, but we would rather store a finished job for a short spell than deliver into a site with no storage and watch it get damaged. Tell us as early as you can and we will move the despatch date instead.
What lead time should go in the programme for a washroom package?
Seven working days for toilet cubicles, of which 3 to 5 is manufacture. IPS panels and replacement washroom panels are 8 to 10 working days, vanity units 7 to 10, worktops 8 to 10. Programme to the longest item in the package rather than the cubicles, or ask us to split the delivery by trade.
