Washroom vanity units and kitchen-style base/wall cabinets are separate product lines. Vanities are built for commercial washrooms with worktops, upstands and service access — 1–4 bays, supplied pre-assembled. Basins are not supplied and the worktop ships uncut; we do not machine basin cut-outs. EasyCab cabinets are flat-pack carcasses for kitchens and commercial joinery. They are suitable for HTM environments; no HTM certification is claimed. Vanity lead time is typically 4–6 working days; EasyCab is 3–4 working days.

Smart Range vanity units
Made-to-measure commercial vanity, 1–4 bays. Layouts: freestanding, into left corner, into right corner, between two walls. Overall width 600–2800mm; standard depth 600mm; standard height 900mm to top of worktop. Upstand 100mm and downstand 200mm as standard, adjustable. Panels 18mm MFC with 2mm ABS on exposed edges. Satin anodised aluminium fittings included. Pre-assembled; basins not supplied; worktop ships uncut.

Ascent Range vanity units
Same layout and overall sizing pattern as Smart (1–4 bays), built in moisture-resistant MFC throughout for high-moisture and high-traffic washrooms. 18mm MR MFC, decorative both sides, 2mm ABS edging. Pre-assembled; basins not supplied; worktop ships uncut.

Size-banded Smart vanity units
Semi-recessed Smart units sold in width bands for project-specific dimensions: roughly 600–1200, 1200–1600, 1600–2100 and 2100–2900mm from the product titles. Moisture-resistant carcass with a laminate-faced worktop and integral rear upstand.

EasyCab base, wall and tall units
Flat-pack cabinets in 18mm MFC with cam and dowel construction. Fixed specification — doors, hinges, soft-close and locks are not offered as options. Base units with adjustable feet and rear service gap; wall units with wall fixing kits. Widths from 150mm to 1000mm including corner and curved options; tall units up to 2150mm with adjustable shelves. Suitable for HTM environments such as surgeries and nurse bases; no HTM certification is claimed. Lead time 3–4 working days.

Common questions
How many sinks or bays can I configure?
Smart and Ascent vanity configurators are 1–4 bays in a single run. That is the live capacity on both products.
Do vanity units arrive flat-packed or pre-assembled?
Washroom vanity units are supplied pre-assembled. EasyCab cabinets remain flat-pack carcasses.
Are basins included?
Basins are not supplied. The worktop ships uncut — we do not machine basin cut-outs. Plan basin supply and cutting with your fitter or plumber.
What is the lead time?
Vanity units are typically 4–6 working days. EasyCab cabinets are 3–4 working days.
