Snaps to 50mm increments.
Total external height including the 85mm frame top and bottom. Adjustable in this planner from 2400mm to 2750mm (ideal when you have at least ~2.4 m ceiling-to-floor clearance). The strip at the top takes whatever the panel heights below leave.
From the panel face back to the wall, 100–500 mm. Under 250 mm, make sure there is room for the frame and your pipework.
Check your cistern, valves and pipework fit in the depth you choose. Under 250mm there is less room behind the panels for the frame and your pipework.

    About Waterproof IPS

    Made-to-measure IPS units in 1 to 6 sets: between walls, freestanding, into a corner, or L-shaped around a corner (4 to 6 sets).

    Adjustable overall height typically 2400mm–2750mm in our planner — designed for circa 2400 mm ceiling installs and above. The visible IPS access panels are a standard 650 mm (600 mm where the width is too tight), with the shadows beside and between them taking the rest of the width, at least 100 mm each (the drawing updates live). Depth is 250–500 mm, panel face to wall, on every layout.

    Made-to-measure IPS panel systems for commercial washrooms. Our K32 IPS units conceal plumbing and services behind a clean, hygienic, removable panel face — configure 1 to 6 sets in six layouts (In-between Walls, Freestanding, Into Left Corner, Into Right Corner, plus L-Shape Into Left or Right Corner on 4–6 sets), for WC or urinal, and the price updates as you build.

    Specified for wet areas. Alpine is 13mm compact grade laminate — solid all the way through, with no chipboard or MDF core to absorb water. It will not swell, delaminate or blow at a cut edge, which makes it the range to specify for pools, gyms, changing rooms, sports pavilions and any washroom that gets hosed down. Where MFC and MR MFC eventually fail in standing water, compact laminate doesn't.

    Each set arrives framed, with its access panels attached and the clips already fitted, cutting install time on site. On a toilet or basin set the top panel is hook-on, the middle panel push-on and the bottom panel fixed; on a urinal set the middle panel is fixed and the bottom panel push-on; on a shower set both panels come off, a hook-on top panel over a push-on valve access panel. Side shadow gaps are supplied loose for scribing to out-of-square walls. The panels arrive without service holes: your fitter marks and cuts the openings for the pan, flush plate, taps, wastes and shower valve on site. Compact laminate is very dense, so use carbide-tipped blades and hole saws. Made to your dimensions in our Bolton factory and delivered free to UK mainland in 4–6 working days.

    Made in 3–5 working days, delivered in 1 working day to UK mainland on a tracked service.
    What measurements do I need?
    The overall width of the run, the overall height and the overall depth (from the panel face back to the wall, 100–500mm: under 250mm, make sure there is room for the frame and your pipework), plus the return wall length for an L-shape.     Which environments is this IPS suitable for?
    Waterproof IPS is 13mm compact grade laminate, solid through its thickness with a machined edge, for showers, changing rooms and areas that are hosed down or stay wet. Compare IPS materials.
    Do you make shower IPS?
    Yes. Choose Shower as the fixture type: each set has a 1500mm push-on bottom panel, which comes off for access to the valve, under a 600mm hook-on top panel. You can change both heights in Measurements. All panels are 13mm compact grade laminate that is solid through its thickness, so it will not swell in a shower. Panels arrive plain; your installer cuts the holes for the valve and shower outlet on site.
    Can I get a sample colour before I order?
    Yes — we send the sample chart for this IPS material, not a physical board sample. Email the colours you want to compare.
    What if my measurements are out slightly?
    The 85mm surround frame absorbs small discrepancies (typically ±5mm). For anything bigger, call us before ordering.
