Measuring your doors
Most fittings look alike in a catalogue photo. Send us clear photos and a few measurements and we’ll check which part fits before you order. If it’s not something we can supply, we’ll say so.
- Photograph the fitting on the door from both sides, with a ruler or tape measure in the shot.
- Photograph the panel edge so we can see its thickness, and tell us what it measures.
- Send them to us on WhatsApp, or email them with your order number if it’s a repeat order.
Ordering before you’re sure? Choose “Not sure” on any part with options and we’ll point you here instead of adding a guess to your basket.
What to measure
- Actual board thickness Measure the panel edge in millimetres. Nominal and actual thickness can differ, so give us the measured figure.
- Hole centres Measure from the centre of one fixing hole to the centre of the next, in millimetres.
- Fixing positions Measure from the top, bottom or edge of the door to the fitting, so a replacement lines up with the existing holes.
- Door opening direction Does the door open into the cubicle (inward) or out of it (outward)? Locks, keeps and buffers differ between the two.
- Handing, and where you stood Tell us which side the hinges are on and whether you were standing inside or outside the cubicle. Makers describe handing differently, so we check it against the supplier’s drawing for you.

Is the door included?
No. This is a door hardware pack: hardware only. Doors, panels and anything under "Not included" are not part of it.
Which doors does it suit?
Doors of the board thickness and opening direction shown, and within any limits under "Check before you buy". If your doors are a different thickness or open the other way, ask us. We only list a pack once its parts have been checked together.
How is the price worked out?
The pack price multiplied by the number of doors. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout.
Can I order hardware for a whole run of cubicles?
Not online yet. A run shares its headrail, end caps, wall connections and feet, so it isn't simply one pack per door. Ask for a checked hardware list and we'll work it out from your layout.
